Skyrim Mods

As requested, I shall list the mods I am using on Skyrim.
Most of them can be found on Skyrim Nexus or on Steam, though Nexus is by far the better modding tool.
Will add more info/pics later.
If I'm wrong on anything, feel free to correct me.
A Quality World Map
Adds roads to the world map.
A Trolling Troll with Trololol Song
Changes the troll roars to the song. Note: affects werewolves too.
Better Females by Bella
Makes females look not ugly.
Breezehome Dog Friend
Adds a dog named Keen to Breezehome.
Steam only.
Breezehome Enhanced
Adds an enchanting table to Breezehome.
Bump Roads Vanilla
Bump Snow Vanilla
Textures.
Nexus only.
Conjure Ethereal Horse
Conjure a horse that doesn't die and runs FASHT.
Deadly Dragons
Adds a handful of new dragons into the game (Magma Dragon, Storm Dragon, etc), new dragon soul gems, new armors, spells, and weapons.
Also, buffs existing dragons.
Nexus only.
Deadly Spell Impacts
Makes spell impacts look less weaksauce.
Dovahkiin Hideout
Shut the fuck up and get this mod, you need it.
Dragon Shouts - FALCON PUNCH and FALCON KICK
Replaces Unrelenting Force with punch, Whirlwind Spirit with kick.
Nexus only.
Enhanced Blood Textures
Self-explanatory. Get it through Nexus, the Steam one doesn't install correctly.
Enhanced Night Skyrim
Dat night sky.
Fall of the Space Core
Made by Valve, adds in one of the bots from the Wheatley fight. Carry him around, he goes SPACE SPACE DRAGONS MASTER THE ARCANE ARTS IN SPACE.
Steam only.
FFVII Crisis Core Buster Sword
One of the better weapon mods.
Nexus only.
Gearblade
Haven't used it yet, but it's equivalent to the Daedric sword.
Nexus only.
HD Textures DLC Fix
If you got the DLC, this fixes some textures.
House Markers
Allows you to fast travel to your house.
High Quality Eyes
Makes people not look soulless.
Nexus only.
Immersive Skyrim Thunder
Makes storms coolio.
JaySuS Swords
Adds in some st00f you can craft. Not really necessary at higher levels.
Killmove+
Without this mod, you only get finisher animations on the last remaining enemy. Now you can pz errybody.
Paarthurnax Fix
Don't have to kill mai waifu.
Posh Mudcrabs
Top hats and monocles on mudcrabs.
Realistic Lighting
Makes the days brighter and the nights/dungeons darker.
Realistic Ragdolls and Force
Self-explanatory.
Shadow Striping Fix
Fixes shadow issues.
Shenk Thievery Overhaul
Adds gold in places, adds an extension to Riften allowing you to enter every house from below.
Steam only.
SkyUI
GET IT. Great UI for PC users, needs SKSE to run.
Sounds of Skyrim
An absolute must. Adds background sounds to dungeons, making them all the more immersive.
Static Mesh Improvement Mod
Adds more polygons for smoother potatoes.
TESV Acceleration Layer
SKSE plugin, allows for more RAM use.
TYPEMOON Weapons
I'm Saber and Archer hruuhruhruhruhruhruhru
Nexus only.

Also please add a "Description" being shown at the moment that the mod is being shown, so people know what you are using, instead of just piling it up all together it will save time. Unless you want to get bothered by people asking "what mod is at 0:69" ._. it gets annoying at times.

In addition to the above, I also use these mods
Female Mannequins
Change the male mannequins in homes to female
Faster mining with more ores
Self explanatory, type in "mining" in Nexus search and you'll find it
Apachii Sky Hair & Coolsims hair Pack
Because the vanilla hair looks fugly (even with other mods)
Bowlegged Jump Fix
The vanilla jumping animation looks inelegant
envision Face
Makes faces look better
Young female voice replacer
"Makes the 'Eventoned' voice sound younger, Lydia uses this voice, for example. Also included in the file is an optional folder that replaces the "Fus ROH DAH!" from Draugrs to just "Fus!""
RANs headmesh
I don't know how to describe this
femfeet
Makes feet look less ugly
Hidden quivers
Hides quivers because they clip with the armor I have
Lighter mining and smithing materials
self explanatory
Nihongo Skyrim
WATASHI WA PAARTHURNAX
Third-Person Spell Sprinting Animation
You don't look like a retard when running with fireballs
And various clothing texture mods.
